Mildura March 2010

Before the seminar it took me 2-3 hours to fall asleep at night. Now I fall asleep within 10 minutes. I also can now have a conversation with full eye contact.

Relaxed, pressure free, allowing individual expression, an atmosphere of caring and acceptance. Prior to the seminar I had a lot of trouble sleeping (sometimes only managing 3-4 hours per night), also nightmares and horrible dreams. Since learning the sleep techniques I can go off to sleep quickly, mostly sleep all night and have good dreams. If I happen to wake up through the night, the ‘trigger’ gets me back off to sleep almost immediately. This alone changed my life and this was after 2 sessions.
