SEMINAR SESSION TIMES
The Alpha Dynamic Seminar is perhaps the most comprehensive and extensive of personal development and mind training you can experience. From the first session, this thoroughly practical seminar teaches you how to easily and immediately access the full, creative powers of your mind at the Alpha level, and then how to apply those powers to all aspects of your life. In one weekend, it will teach you how to really live your life as you have never lived it before.
FRIDAY EVENING:

Session 1 - The Alpha Experience - 6.30pm to 9.00pm

  • Clarifying your short and long term goals.
  • Understanding self expression, prosperity, love and health as the foundations for being happy in life.
  • How to go into Alpha, the superconscious level of the brain.

Session 2 - Deep Relaxation - 9.30pm to 11.00pm

  • Achieving total relaxation of your body, emotional control and peace of mind. The 7 steps to Self Mastery.
  • Dissipating stress and tension.
  • Going deeper into Alpha
SATURDAY:

Session 3 - Rapid Learning, Pain Relief - 8.30am to 10.30am

  • How to concentrate, improve understanding and memory while studying, reading or listening to a lecture, in Alpha.
  • How to switch into Alpha quickly to be at your best.
  • How to relieve headaches, migraines, aches and pains (eg backache, toothache).
  • How to energise yourself to stay awake and alert for longer periods of time.

Session 4 - Superior Goal Achievement - 11.00am –2pm

  • Applying mental rehearsal and the 3 Laws of the Mind in Alpha, for superior goal achievement.
  • How to create your own life plan for successful living.
  • Achieving excellence at sport, at work, at home.
  • How to develop the two mental qualities exhibited by a genius.
  • Rapid memory improvement and exercising your ‘creative mind’. Both long term and short term memory will improve.

Session 5 - Sleep & Dreams - 3.00pm to 4.45pm

  • How to solve problems and trigger creativity while you sleep.
  • How to remember and understand dreams.
  • How to awaken in the morning feeling refreshed and energised at the precise time you want.
  • How to overcome sleeplessness, insomnia and disturbed sleep.

Session 6 - Creativity & Intuition - 5.00pm to 7.00pm

  • Developing your own intuition and creativity, using precise Alpha techniques.
  • How to communicate with others in Alpha.
  • How to be inventive and have ideas that work.
  • How to go into an imaginative and inspired inner dimension.


Session 7 - Discovering the Real You - 7.30pm - 9.30pm

  • How to build your personal confidence, self image and self esteem.
  • How to be naturally enthusiastic and happy from within and raise your personal energy and vitality.
  • How to dissolve negativity and release your inner strengths.
  • How to release the ‘real you’ and be the person others are attracted to, and admire.
 
 
SUNDAY:

Session 8 - Beyond Your 5 Senses - 8.30am to 11.00am

  • How thoughts produce life - the metaphysics of the mind.
  • How to develop your inner senses and project your mind.
  • How our physical senses limit perception.

Session 9 - Communication & Love - 11.30am to 2.00pm

  • Understanding the essence of communication.
  • How to build deep and lasting, loving relationships.
  • How to enrich your life and achieve harmony with others.

Session 10 - Holistic Health - 3.00pm to 5.00pm

  • How to help overcome illness and disease using your mind.
  • How to achieve abundant health for yourself and how to help others.
  • How to accelerate your body’s natural healing process using your mind.

Session 11 - Advanced Communication - 5.30pm to 7.00pm

  • How to counsel and help others using your creative mind.
  • How to communicate your love to others using your thought.
  • How to develop empathy, compassion and further expand your intuition.

Session 12 - Advanced Intuition - 7.30pm to 10.00pm

  • Service - using your powers to help others - an extraordinary session.
 
 
MONDAY EVENING :

Session 13 - Habit Mastery - 6.00pm to 8.45pm

  • How to lose or gain weight using your mind in Alpha.
  • How to forego cigarettes, alcohol or drugs almost without effort.
  • How to be decisive and fast acting and overcome your procrastination.
  • How to eliminate fears and bad habits they create - (eg laziness, shyness, untidiness, fear of failure, fear of success, fear of rejection).

Session 14 - A Journey in Mind - 9.15pm to 11.00pm

  • Realising your great life goals. A vision for the future.
  • Expanding your awareness as never before - a great climax to the Seminar.
